Customer Engagement & Future Propositions Manager - Salary National between £40,000k-£50,000/London between £45,000k-£55,000 (DOE) 

Location: York/Bristol/Eastleigh/London/Norwich/Perth/Sheffield

A bit about the job: 

This role exists to develop, deliver and continually improve Aviva’s Customer Engagement approach across Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection products for one or more distribution channels. You’ll be responsible for enhancing new and existing customer journeys, improving retention, and ensuring good outcomes throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives, contribute to future propositions, and support Aviva’s sustainability goals. The role sits within the Protection team and plays a key part in driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:  

• Market and competitor knowledge supported by commercial and business acumen and a passion for delivering for customers 

• Stakeholder management (internal/ external), influencing and facilitating decision making  

• Excellent communication skills – oral and written with strategic & creative thinking, ideally supported by insights and an understanding of behavioural science  

• Prioritisation, planning and problem-solving skills blended with pragmatism to deliver planned outcomes  

• Risk management and proposition governance with strong analytical and/or reporting skills

• Salary National between £40,000k-£50,000/London between £45,000k-£55,000  (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
