A bit about the job:

As our SaaS Security Lead, you will establish and operationalise Aviva’s Data Platforms and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) capability across the enterprise.

This role exists to ensure our SaaS applications are configured securely, monitored effectively, and managed consistently.

You’ll join a collaborative cyber security function that partners closely with platform owners, product teams, and our Data Platforms and SaaS Centres of Excellence.

You will lead the deployment of SSPM tooling, shape our Data Platforms and SaaS security standards, and drive improvements in configuration hygiene and risk management.

Skills and experience we’re looking for :

  • Strong experience in Information Security, with experience across SaaS, PaaS or Cloud Security, including regulated or complex environments.

  • Hands-on experience implementing or operating posture-management tools (SSPM, CSPM, CIEM or similar) with experience leading a small team of engineers/analysts.

  • Strong understanding of PaaS/SaaS architectures, identity models, API integrations, and compliance engineering principles.

  • Experience securing enterprise modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, and SaaS platforms such as M365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday etc.

  • Able to lead and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex security issues in clear, accessible language.
