A bit about the job:

This role helps advance our machine learning roadmap and supports the delivery of projects that improve how we work and how we support our customers. The position sits within a collaborative data and technology community that partners with teams across the business. Machine learning tools, data pipelines, and insights created in this role contribute to smarter products and more efficient ways of working. Stakeholders across multiple areas rely on this role for clear guidance, smooth coordination, and confident problem‑solving. The work directly strengthens our ability to deliver better outcomes for customers and improve operational effectiveness.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Practical understanding of machine learning, data, and algorithms, knowledge of Python and SQL beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas in clear, simple language.
  • Experience supporting data pipelines or model development.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Able to manage several tasks and build positive relationships across teams.

  • Salary: circa £35,000 based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
