A bit about the job:

You’ll be part of a dynamic digital team focused on enhancing our authenticated customer environment. Your mission is to deliver brilliant self-service experiences that add real value for our customers. You’ll own and shape an ambitious backlog, monitor and optimise digital journeys, and ensure changes go live successfully. Working closely with engineering, product, and business teams, you’ll use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and demonstrate the benefits of your work.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing web or mobile digital journeys and delivering product roadmaps

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to frame complex problems clearly

  • Ability to balance customer and commercial goals while managing risk

  • Skilled in using data and testing tools to identify optimisation opportunities and measure outcomes

  • Collaborative approach to designing and delivering high-performing, accessible digital products

  • Starting salary between circa £65,000 (London), circa £50,000 (Norwich) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
