Finance Business Analyst- Claims
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Finance Business Analyst to join our General Insurance Finance team. In this role, you’ll be the financial voice supporting our Claims department. You’ll help shape decisions by turning data into insights and guiding financial strategy. You’ll work closely with our Claims Leadership Team and Business Partners to ensure we deliver value and stay on track. Your work will directly influence how we manage claims costs and improve customer outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and present monthly financial reports, highlighting key metrics and trends
Lead budgeting and forecasting for the Claims department
Partner with Claims Managers to provide financial guidance and support
Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Skills & Experience
A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or working towards one
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools (e.g., SQL)
