Finance Systems Design Lead – Salary circa £75,000

A bit about the job:
You’ll play a key role in shaping and safeguarding the global design of our Finance applications, with FCCS at the centre. Working with Finance and CIO colleagues across several countries, you’ll help make sure our reporting is accurate, efficient and consistent. Complex requirements will become clear, future‑ready designs under your guidance, and you’ll be involved in key change initiatives, testing new features and maintaining our global design standards. Your work will streamline processes, strengthen controls and create real value for Finance teams around the world.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with Finance systems and architecture, ideally Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS), Oracle Cloud ERP and SmartView within the Financial Services industry.
- A background in Finance system transformation work, including high‑level planning, JIRA, testing and release governance.
- Solid knowledge of Finance reporting cycles, including month‑end, quarter‑end, half‑year and year‑end processes.
- Ability to turn complex Finance requirements into clear, accurate system designs within project context
- Confident using Excel to analyse and work with Finance data.

- Salary circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
