Head of Claims Relationships – Salary circa £100,000+ (depending on location, skills, and experience)

A bit about the job:

This role leads our strategic claims relationships with brokers and key clients across GCS and UKC. The work focuses on strengthening partnerships, improving our claims proposition, and delivering better customer and financial outcomes. You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team that works closely with Claims, Underwriting and Distribution. The role includes developing and guiding Claims Relationship Leads to help them perform at their best. Together, you’ll help position Aviva as a trusted and market‑leading claims partner.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

• Strong leadership skills with experience developing high‑performing teams.
• Significant experience managing broker or client relationships in insurance markets, with propositions experience desirable.
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability and commercial awareness.
• Ability to plan and deliver at both strategic and tactical levels and drive high performance with strong business outcomes

• Starting salary circa £100,000+ (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
