You’ll lead the full lifecycle of customer data and build high‑quality, governed data products that drive smarter decisions and stronger customer relationships. You’ll also modernise Aviva’s marketing and digital data platforms, delivering scalable, secure, and future‑ready capabilities.

About the Role

This role serves as the senior data producer for the Customer Data Domain, supporting key stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, IWR, GI, and Customer Science.


It leads cross‑functional delivery teams, embedding automation, observability, and operational excellence across the C&M data ecosystem.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership in delivering large‑scale customer data solutions, with deep technical expertise in data engineering, analytics, and cloud‑based platforms.
  • Strong ability to define and operationalise enterprise data models, while leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
  • Proven experience leading multiple large scale data projects – technical background in data & analytics and a platform product mindset are of essence 
  • Proven experience in defining data operating models and the ability to articulate the value of data to the enterprise 
  • Expert in the development and leadership of teams to world class technology solutions, and in stakeholder engagement in a complex organisational structure

  • Salary: London up to £160,000/ Bristol up to £130,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
