Location: UK Flexible - This is a hybrid role requiring 50% office presence - You must be able to commute to a UK office and work from Sheffield or Eastleigh 1/2 days per week.

A bit about the job:
The Supply Chain Transformation Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of Aviva Health’s Procurement and Outsourcing (P&O) strategy by overseeing the sourcing, prioritisation and implementation of required IT changes. You’ll lead a team responsible for managing transformation projects, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
You’ll coordinate day-to-day activities, report on team performance, providing guidance and support to team members. You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and work closely with the business to oversee delivery. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and effective delivery governance.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- An understanding of the healthcare market and the Health business, P&O strategy is beneficial
- Experienced in Agile methodologies including using JIRA and Confluence and a working knowledge of Planview
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to adapt to evolving situations.
- Skilled in risk management, project tracking and change control

- Starting salary between £50,000 and £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
