Within Aviva’s PMI division, we now have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Intermediated Sales Support administrator, where you will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with our Brokers who are aligned to our PMI product line. We are looking for individuals who have excellent customer service skills, i.e., the ability to build up rapport easily with corporate customers, matched with prior experience, or interest in, working within the PMI space.
A bit about the job:
As a Sales Support administrator within PMI, you will play a vital role in supporting our Broker community and helping them to understand and sell our PMI products. You will handle queries through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat, ensuring our Broker community receives a top-notch service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a central mailbox, owning queries, and providing expert advice to Brokers. With full training provided, you'll become a go-to resource for all things PMI, offering advice and answering questions about PMI products daily.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Excellent customer service skills (Private Medical Insurance knowledge would be beneficial, but this is not essential)
Strong communication skills, including being able to complete email correspondence to a high standard
Strong organisational and administration skills
Ability to build rapport easily and show empathy with customers, clients, and colleagues
Able to listen & act upon what matters to customers / clients efficiently and professionally
Due to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence, in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.

Starting salary - £25,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
