We’re looking for a change delivery professional to join our Finance Operations and Change (FIOC) team—someone with a strong background in project or change management who’s ready to make a real impact. A bit about the job

You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, effective change across our Finance Operations and Change (FIOC) team. The work you do will support the smooth running of our shared service operating model and ensure projects land with minimal disruption to business‑as‑usual.
Working closely with SMEs, test teams and the PMO, you’ll be accountable for planning, coordinating and delivering change initiatives on time, within budget and to the high standards our teams depend on. You’ll also keep senior stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates and help embed continuous improvement across the function.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Proven experience delivering change or managing projects within finance operations in a large organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear, confident communication skills
  • Ability to apply change management methodologies across a range of initiatives
  • Experience working within governance frameworks and risk‑controlled environments
  • Desirable: understanding of PRINCE2, APM PMQ, Agile Change Management or similar (but not essential)

  • Salary circa £45,000- £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
