Starting Salary: c.£60,000 – c.£70,000 (depending on location, skills and experience)

A bit about the job:
You’ll join a collaborative, outcomes‑focused project management community, delivering initiatives that enhance how Aviva works for customers and colleagues.
The role exists to design, plan and drive delivery of projects or programmes across their full lifecycle—ensuring solutions land smoothly into operations and deliver real value.
You’ll manage governance, risks, communication, resourcing and stakeholder engagement, while helping teams adopt new solutions effectively.
Your work directly enables safer, high‑quality change that improves experiences, performance and operational resilience.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong experience leading projects or programmes, including scope, timelines, risks, costs and delivery governance.
- Confident stakeholder management with the ability to build inclusive relationships, influence and challenge at all levels.
- Experience supporting change adoption, handover to operations and ensuring solutions deliver expected benefits.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional or matrix teams and coordinate internal and external resources effectively.

- Starting salary between c.£60,000 and c.£70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
