Life EB Claims Administrator

This is a great job for someone who Is customer-focused, detail-oriented and eager to build a career in financial services administration. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment, learning new processes, and delivering excellent service to customers while developing their knowledge of savings and investment products.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Join the Existing Business Claims team, supporting customers with a range of savings policy transactions including full and partial encashments and policy maturities.

• Learn and carry out a variety of administration processes, delivering accurate and timely outcomes for customers while maintaining high service standards.

• Maintain a strong focus on risk and controls, ensuring errors and complaints are logged, investigated and resolved within agreed timescales.

• Identify root causes of issues and support continuous improvement activities to help reduce repeat errors and enhance customer outcomes.

• Support colleagues and Team Leaders with urgent, complex or high-priority cases as required.

Skills & Experience

• Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering positive customer outcomes.

• Excellent communication and listening skills, with confidence speaking to customers and colleagues over the phone.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

• Strong team-working skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

• A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and increasing efficiency. Knowledge of savings and investment products would be an advantage but is not essential.

The expected pay range for this role will fall between €32,000 and €36,000 and salary offered will commensurate with candidate's level of skills and experience.
