Microsoft Dynamics Technical Lead
Location: Bristol, Norwich, York or London
Salary: circa £75,000 (national) / circa £85,000 (London)

A bit about the job
You’ll lead the technical direction for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Contact Centre platform. The role exists to make sure our Dynamics ecosystem is modern, reliable, and ready to support our customer and colleague experience today and in the future. You’ll work closely with our Group Architecture and product teams, guiding how we design, build, and run the platform. And you’ll be accountable for the technical standards, integrations, and governance that keep Dynamics running smoothly across the business. Most importantly, you’ll help us get the best out of one of our most important customer‑facing systems.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Customer Engagement and Contact Centre. Ability to advise the business on creation of customer journeys and enhancing the customer experience
- Good understanding of the Azure Architecture and the relationship with Microsoft Dynamics and architectural components
- Good understanding of Power Platforms, Dataverse and event‑driven or API‑based integration pattern
- Hands‑on experience leading technical delivery across complex programmes and able to use the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Admin portal to configure and create routing strategies
- Ability to explain technical ideas simply and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
