RTA Motability Claims Handler

This is a great job for someone who has experience handling personal injury motor claims and wants to build their expertise in a specialist Motability team. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers through difficult situations and managing claims from start to finish, this could be the role for you.

A bit about the job:

You'll join our Motability RTA team, helping customers achieve fair outcomes following road traffic accidents. You'll manage a varied caseload, assess claims, review evidence and resolve disputes. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll handle claims from first notification through to settlement. Your work will help us deliver excellent customer service while making sure claims are managed accurately and efficiently. You'll play an important role in supporting customers when they need us most.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience handling Fast Track RTA personal injury claims within an insurer or legal environment.

  • Knowledge of the OIC portal, MOJ process and personal injury claims handling.

  • Understanding of liability assessment and injury valuation principles.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
