A bit about the job
This role exists to lead the strategic direction and delivery of the MyAviva Web platform – a key part of Aviva’s digital transformation. You’ll be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, managing investment decisions, and ensuring the platform delivers exceptional customer experiences and measurable business value. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on digital innovation, and be accountable for leading a talented product team, aligning stakeholders, and driving user-centred change.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven ability to define and deliver strategic product roadmaps aligned with long-term business goals
Strong experience in budget ownership and investment planning, using data to drive decisions
Skilled in influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines
Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing product teams
Deep understanding of customer insight, behavioural analytics, and regulatory frameworks

Starting salary between Norwich circa £75,000 / London - circa £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
