Pensions Administrator
We’re looking for a Pension Administrator to join our Pensions Legacy Team here at Aviva, where you’ll focus on PRSA (Personal Retirement Savings Account) products. You’ll work closely with our admin partners and financial brokers to deliver excellent service and help our customers plan for their future with confidence.
This role is all about making a difference. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values doing the right thing. Your work will help us meet our regulatory obligations and deliver on our promises to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage your pension portfolio with care, accuracy, and a focus on great customer outcomes
Build strong relationships with brokers, partners, and internal teams
Take ownership of tasks and focus on finding practical solutions
Monitor and record risk events to ensure compliance and transparency
Make sure we meet our obligations under the Pensions Act and Consumer Protection Code
Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of pensions and the regulatory environment
A pension qualification is a plus, but not essential
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A passion for customer service and getting things done
Great time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
