It would suit someone with strong change/transformation expertise, ideally with experience in portfolio or programme management, who’s ready to influence and guide high-profile initiatives across the IWR and wider Group technology portfolio
A bit about the job:
We’re looking for someone to lead the Programme planning and communications workstreams for a major transformation project. This programme is focused on transforming our Group technology platforms whilst ensuring that our systems remain supported and providing our customers with a high level of service across our business. You’ll help our Programme workstreams prepare for and embed these changes, working across applications modernisation and Shadow IT simplification. Your role will be to keep things running smoothly while we evolve. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the team through transitional periods and driving project success.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in programme planning
- Experience in change delivery within a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services sector.
- Experience with managing communications internally and externally

- Starting salary c. £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
