A bit about the job:

This role exists to lead and prioritise change across Aviva’s Retail Protection portfolio. You’ll act as the main business voice into technology teams, setting out clear priorities, outcomes and direction. A key focus is on evolving adviser journeys, ensuring these evolve in a way that feels effortless, modern and customer-first. You’ll ensure change is delivered safely, compliantly, and at pace balancing value, risk, and delivery. You’ll also stay close to external market developments and emerging technologies, scanning the horizon for innovations, digital trend and future capabilities that can strengthen Aviva’s competitive edge.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience leading product or change delivery within a regulatory financial services environment.
• Strong decision‑making and strategic thinking, with confidence managing priorities and budgets.
• Proven people leadership, including performance and development conversations.
• A clear understanding of risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and collaborate for impact.

• Salary circa £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
