Product Owner- Workflow and Automations
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Workflow Product Owner to join us on a fixed term contract that will run up to December 2026 and lead the charge in transforming how we deliver customer and operational excellence. You’ll shape and champion the vision for Business Process Management, automation, and our Fineos Service Monitor Cloud platform. Working across multiple teams, you’ll ensure every workflow enhancement improves both the customer journey and the integrity of our core platforms. This is a strategic role with real impact—helping us deliver smarter, faster, and more connected services. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define and promote the vision for BPM, automation, and Service Monitor Cloud across the business
- Align priorities with senior leaders in CET, Customer Experience, and Life Platforms to deliver joined-up improvements
- Act as the single point of contact for Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and vendor partners
- Run regular showcases to demonstrate value delivered, share MI insights, and track upgrade progress
- Package reusable workflow components (e.g. APIs, templates, automation patterns) for agile teams
- Coordinate technical documentation, release planning, and definition-of-ready standards
- Own and maintain a transparent backlog that balances operational efficiency, platform features, and upgrade dependencies
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
Skills & Experiences:
- Proven experience in workflow design, automation, or digital product ownership
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision
- Confident communicator with experience running showcases and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Skilled in backlog management, agile delivery, and cross-team coordination
- Familiarity with Service Monitor, Fineos, or similar workflow platforms is a plus
- Passionate about improving customer experience and operational performance through smart technology
