We’re on the lookout for someone who’s passionate about making things better—for our customers and our colleagues to join us on a fixed term contract that will run up to December 2026. You’ll work across our Customer Experience and CET teams to spot opportunities for automation and smarter ways of working. Your insights will help us reduce effort, cut errors, and improve outcomes. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, simplicity, and doing the right thing. This role is all about shaping how we work—today and into the future.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and interviews to map current processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Create clear BPMN diagrams and documentation to support change
  • Represent Operations in agile ceremonies, sharing insights and clarifying priorities
  • Design future-state workflows and partner with developers to build solutions
  • Deliver training and create guides to help teams adopt new tools and ways of working

Skills & Experiences

  • Skilled in process mapping, workflow design, or business analysis
  • Confident communicator with experience leading workshops
  • Familiar with BPMN and agile ways of working
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and technical partners
  • Passionate about improving customer and colleague experiences
