A bit about the job:
As a Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of a range of change initiatives across Aviva.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative delivery team, helping to plan, coordinate and track activity so that projects run smoothly and deliver the outcomes our business and customers need.
You will manage projects or workstreams typically up to £500k–£1m in size, ensuring risks, timelines, and delivery milestones are well controlled.
You’ll bring structure and clarity to your work, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to the overall success of the programme you’re supporting.
This role plays a key part in enabling Aviva to deliver reliable, well‑run change.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
Experience delivering or supporting Digital, Data, Generative AI or Infrastructure projects
A track record in project management or a similar delivery or coordination role
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and a proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team
Good understanding of agile ways of working and delivery tools
Ability to organise activity, track progress, and help maintain delivery momentum

Salary: Circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)
