Property Loss Adjustor
We’re looking for a Property Loss Adjuster to join our Customer Experience Team. This is a field/ home-based role with occasional travel to our Galway or Dublin offices. You’ll manage complex property claims, conduct on-site inspections, and deliver exceptional customer service when it matters most. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections for personal and commercial property claims.
- Manage a portfolio of complex property losses with strong customer engagement.
- Validate claims accurately and scope repairs in line with policy cover and market rates.
- Identify trends, propose improvements, and support technical excellence.
- Apply strong knowledge of insurance principles and Central Bank regulations.
Skills & Experiences:
- CIP qualification (minimum) or equivalent.
- Experience in Loss Adjusting or Property Claims Handling.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and decision-making abilities.
- Background in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of CPC/CICA, GDPR, and regulatory frameworks.
