RTA Litigation Claims Handler

This is a great job for someone who has experience handling RTA claims and enjoys helping customers through what can often be a challenging time. A bit about the job:

You'll join our Claims team, helping customers progress Road Traffic Accident claims from start to finish. You'll manage a mixed caseload of litigated and non-litigated claims, delivering excellent service and clear guidance throughout the claims journey. Working closely with colleagues, customers and legal representatives, you'll help achieve fair outcomes while maintaining high technical and customer service standards. You'll also play a part in improving how we work, helping us deliver even better experiences for our customers. That's because at Aviva, we're here for people when it matters most.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience handling RTA claims within an insurance or legal environment, with knowledge of the Official Injury Claim (OIC) process, MOJ Claims Portal, and/or Fast Track personal injury claims.

  • Understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims.

  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to build positive relationships and explain complex information in a clear and simple way.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high levels of accuracy.

  • Proven ability to work towards and achieve service, quality, and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
