As our new Sales Support & Operations Manager, you’ll lead the teams that keep our broker-focused life insurance business running smoothly—and help shape the future of how we work. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive operational excellence, strengthen broker relationships, and support our Distribution team in achieving their commercial goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and develop our Sales Support and Agency teams—setting clear goals, building engagement, and creating a collaborative, customer-first culture.
Act as a key contact for broker queries and escalations—building strong relationships and delivering a seamless experience.
Drive retention strategies for brokers and policyholders, analysing trends, and working with Sales and Marketing to design impactful campaigns.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality—leveraging technology and automation where it makes sense.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including broker onboarding, commissions, and policy servicing.
Skills & Experiences
Experience in sales operations or a similar role within life insurance or financial services.
Proven leadership skills and a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of the Irish broker market.
QFA qualification or relevant Business Degree.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience implementing risk control frameworks & procedures.
