Sales Support Administrator
Aviva Ireland’s Life & Pensions Sales Division is growing.
Following a strong period of performance and increased demand for our life and pensions solutions, we’re expanding across the division.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for financial advisers, brokers, and internal teams, helping them with queries and keeping things running smoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide fast, accurate support to brokers, advisers, and internal teams, resolving queries and progressing applications
- Maintain up-to-date, compliant records across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
- Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and policy admin teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes
- Monitor workflows and prioritise tasks to meet service-level agreements and team goals
- Escalate complex queries or complaints in line with internal procedures, ensuring timely resolution
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Skills & Experiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks independently
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working with internal systems and processes
- Knowledge of Life & Pensions products is a plus
- It's an advantage if you have an APA or QFA qualification and/or a third-level qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field
