This role could suit someone with hands-on Salesforce experience perhaps you’re ready for a step up, newly certified, or already an expert in tailoring Salesforce to meet business needs. It may also suit individuals with experience in the Health industry who are excited about shaping a system that supports colleagues and customers.

A bit about the job:

You'll play a key role in managing and enhancing Aviva’s Salesforce platform so it continues to support colleagues, customers, and business goals. You'll join a collaborative team that works closely with stakeholders to design solutions, streamline processes, and maintain system integrity.

Your work will ensure Salesforce remains secure, reliable, and easy to use—helping teams across the organisation work more efficiently. You’ll be accountable for platform configuration, process automation, data quality, user management, and creating insightful dashboards that support decision-making.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • A Certified Salesforce Administrator with experience customising Salesforce, including fields, layouts, record types, Lightning components, validation rules, and automation tools (Flows and Process Builder).
  • Strong data management skills, including imports/exports using Data Loader, data cleansing, and maintaining high data quality.
  • Confidence managing system security (roles, profiles, permission sets), performing audits, and supporting release management.
  • Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards, alongside delivering user support, training, and clear documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.

  • Starting salary circa £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
