As a Senior Product Owner – Customer 720, you will lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of Aviva’s next-generation Single Customer View—unlocking the full potential of customer data across wealth, health, and insurance. Working at the forefront of data and AI, you’ll shape how advanced analytics and Snowflake-powered platforms deliver personalised experiences, smarter decision-making, and measurable business results.

This role goes beyond building data products—you’ll play a pivotal part in monetising data, enabling higher conversion, stronger retention, and meaningful cross-sell opportunities, while positioning Aviva as a truly data- and AI-driven organisation.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

• Proven experience owning and delivering complex data or platform products, particularly involving customer data or Single Customer View/CDP solutions
• Strong track record of driving measurable commercial value from data (e.g. revenue growth, cost efficiency, improved customer experience)
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (such as Snowflake) and applying AI/ML to customer-focused use cases
• Ability to translate complex, ambiguous requirements into clear product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation based on business value
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business, data, and technology teams in a regulated environment

• Starting salary circa £125,000 for National based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
