A bit about the job:
In Group Functions CIO we drive change transformation, innovation and efficiency across Group Functions such as People, Procurement, Property, Risk, Legal, Corporate Governance, Audit, Financial Crime, Corporate Services & Security and Brand & Corporate Affairs.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be playing a key role in delivering the programme of change to drive the IT and Aviva strategies linked to those business areas. Whilst ensuring key business goals are understood and requirements are documented in conjunction with key business stakeholders. This will include being involved in shaping/pre-inception work and assessing the initial impact of new initiatives/projects. Delivering for our customers is critical so you will need to consider their needs and be prepared to challenge decisions that are not in their best interests.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- A proven track record working in a business analysis role
- Knowledge of Data, Generative AI, Group Functions or SaaS implementations
- Ability to communicate with and influence business stakeholders whilst facilitating change
- Knowledge of change management processes along with a willingness to try new ways of working
- Good analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills

- Starting salary c. £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
