A bit about the job:

You’ll be joining the Transformation team, helping to shape and deliver a strategic change portfolio. This role supports the CIO Transformation Lead in planning investment, challenging business cases, and ensuring delivery aligns with Aviva’s transformation outcomes. You’ll provide expert oversight, drive commercial rigour, and raise the bar on performance through lessons learned, continuous improvement and delivering best practice. The role offers an opportunity to collaborate with Group Transformation and other key stakeholders, to help influence and define how change is delivered across Aviva.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, including executive-level reporting
• Strategic thinking and planning capability across complex portfolios
• Experience in transformation or change delivery, ideally in a regulated environment
• Understanding of governance frameworks, financial management, and operational risk

• Starting salary National c. £50,000 – London c. £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
