A bit about the job:

You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic Cloud and Data transformation projects that support Aviva’s IT and business strategies. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll shape initiatives, assess impacts, and define business requirements. You’ll lead the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role sits within our dynamic change delivery team, where collaboration, innovation, and customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing complex projects, ideally in Cloud/Data transformation
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Skilled in risk management, project tracking and change control
  • Effective coordination of people, tasks and resources to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget

  • Starting salary National c. £65,000 - London c. £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary
