As a Project Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of defined change within Aviva IWR Finance, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and scope, and to the agreed quality standards. You’ll keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely reporting; escalate where needed; and help teams collaborate effectively to deliver agreed outcomes. You’ll also support embedding the change by coordinating communications, training and readiness activities where required.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience delivering change projects within Finance environment or equivalent regulated environment (Desirable)
  • Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 / APM / PMI) or equivalent experience (Essential)
  • Working knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid delivery approaches, with experience applying fit-for-purpose controls and reporting across the whole delivery lifecycle, adapting to the needs of the change where required
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including producing clear status reporting, holding honest conversations about performance, and facilitating decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver outcomes, managing dependencies and change impacts
