Senior Test Manager
Senior Test Manager - Perth - c£65,000 London - c£75,000 salary
This is a great job for someone, who has in-depth understanding of QE Best Practices, Guardrails and Processes. is adept with Testing techniques and principles both Functional and Non-Functional.
The ideal candidate will have thorough experience of London Markets testing and should be able to demonstrate the same clearly.
This role is going to play a pivotal role in helping shape large transformational programmes and support our enterprise testing strategy and implementation while supporting our complex application landscape’s testing efforts, and as such the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the skills and experience required.
A bit about the job:
The ideal candidate is expected to work closely with-in our GCS Business area and should possess thorough knowledge of London Markets Testing.
Someone who can implement Test Strategy, Planning and Execution while operating within the remit of our QE Framework, policies and guardrails.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed and should be able to demonstrate excellent experience with various SDLC models, including Agile, Scrum & Waterfall.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Hands-on testing experience with London Market systems, including EDI message processing and data platforms.
Good understanding of London Market and Lloyd’s Syndicate business processes, including Bureau applications and Blueprint 2.
Experience of implementing industry standard test automation tools and frameworks.
Proven ability to lead testing teams across in-house and offshore setups.
ISTQB certification is essential; LM1/LM2 are highly desirable but not mandatory.

· Starting salary circa £65,000 (Perth), circa £75,000 (London) - (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
