Salary: Circa £45000

This is a fulltime, onsite role, and you’ll be working in the London office Monday to Friday. 

A bit about the job 

You’ll join our friendly Onsite Support IT team, helping colleagues across the London office stay connected and productive. 

 
You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line deskside support, solving technical problems, getting people back up and running, and keeping our IT services running smoothly. 

 
You’ll work closely with other technology teams too, helping us deliver brilliant support across Aviva.

There may also be the occasional need to support colleagues at other Aviva sites. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for  

• Excellent collaboration and customer service skills 

• The ability to multitask whilst working in a busy customer-focussed environment 

• Proven experience in providing 1st & 2nd line end user support at all levels within an organisation 

• A good technical understanding of: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft MECM, Microsoft Active Directory ServiceNow, Entra and Apple IOS 

• Good understanding with mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), Microsoft Intune and Mobility/VPN technologies

• Starting salary Circa £45000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)
