Starting salary: National c. £65,000 – London c. £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

A bit about the job:

You’ll play a critical role in strengthening Aviva’s ‘One Aviva’ Transformation capability. Working at the heart of change, you’ll provide insight, governance, and data management to enable evidence-based decisions. You’ll maintain transformation data as a single source of truth, develop dashboards and governance packs, and support transformation leaders across Group, Markets, and Functions. This role is all about enabling transformation through data, automation, and process improvement.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong analytical and data management skills with experience in reporting and dashboard creation
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and governance processes
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly
• Experience with tools such as Planview and can leverage automation and AI
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Starting salary between National c. £65,000 – London c. £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
