A bit about the job:

You’ll be joining the UK Regional Casualty Team at Probitas Syndicate 1492 – a dynamic and growing Lloyd’s syndicate. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support our underwriters with everything from processing new business and renewals to producing policy documentation and managing broker relationships. You’ll be a key part of delivering excellent service standards and helping shape the future of our UK Regional strategy.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Great attention to detail and solid analytical thinking

• Comfortable working with numbers and confident using IT systems

• Able to manage time well and juggle multiple priorities

• Motivated to learn and progress – ideally working towards CII qualifications

• Salary Up to: £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
