A bit about the job:
This is a brilliant opportunity to join Aviva’s Workplace business – the UK’s leading Workplace Pension provider, with over £140 billion in assets and 6 million customers across 28,000 schemes.
You’ll be part of our Workplace Pricing team, helping us offer competitive rates that grow our business while delivering value for money to our customers. You’ll lead on a variety of activities – from delivering quotes and developing pricing models, to spotting performance trends and supporting change projects. It’s a role that’s always evolving, and always rewarding.
You’ll work closely with teams across Aviva – including Distribution, Propositions, Operations, Risk and Finance – and engage with trustee directors of the Aviva Master Trust.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Qualified or nearly-qualified actuary – or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Confident communicator who builds great relationships across teams.
Advanced Excel skills – coding and working with large datasets is a plus.
Knowledge of the workplace pensions industry is helpful, but not essential.

Starting Salary between £45,000 and £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
