A bit about the job:

You’ll join our growing BPA team in Norwich, where we support all stages of the BPA journey from the initial deal through to our in-house administration team via the onboarding and system teams. Alongside the daily case and process specific support, you’ll be responsible for understanding complex benefits and regulatory/legislative change, ensuring the correct outcomes for our customers. As Subject Matter Experts we are also heavily involved in regulatory and propositional change projects.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong UK Defined Benefit pensions knowledge 

• Technical understanding of the Bulk Purchase Annuity market; the product and processes 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great knowledge of excel 

• Stakeholder management experience 

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a range of audiences

• Circa £35,000 salary (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
