Business Analyst - Life Insurance

We’re looking for a curious and collaborative problem solver to help shape and deliver change across our Life and Pensions business. You’ll join our Change and Product Support team, working closely with stakeholders and IT to turn ideas into impactful solutions. This role is key to ensuring our systems and processes evolve to meet business needs. You’ll be involved in everything from planning and analysis to testing and implementation. Your work will help drive innovation and improve how we serve our customers. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and IT. 

  • Lead workshops to gather insights and define requirements. 

  • Analyse root causes and explore innovative solutions. 

  • Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria. 

  • Support testing, demos, and production deployments. 

 

Skills & Experiences 

  • Previous experience in the Life & Pensions industry or banking is necessary. 

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Ability to write clear, concise user stories. 

  • Solid understanding of systems, databases, and integrations.
