Communications Manager

A bit about the job:

You’ll be leading a team focused on creating and delivering service communications - such as emails and direct mail - that help customers understand changes to their policies and services. These communications play a key role in supporting transparency and trust. You’ll work closely with different areas of the business to plan, prioritise and manage these updates. This role sits within a collaborative and supportive environment where your work makes a real difference to customer experience.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience of delivering email and direct mail customer communications to tight deadlines
  • Experience of leading a team and supporting their development
  • Strong planning and stakeholder management skills to manage communication workflows and prioritise requests
  • Ability to apply customer insights; brand guidelines and regulatory guidance to create clear and engaging communications  
  • An understanding of financial services regulations and their role in customer communications

  • Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
