This is a great job for someone that likes to build relationships and that has either data governance, records management, information management or data privacy experience and a keen interest in data would be the perfect fit.
A bit about the job:
The purpose of this role is to support the development and implementation of Aviva’s Group wide Data Governance, Privacy, Ethical AI, Records Management and Data Quality Frameworks, working in a matrix team to update policies, guidance, templates, perform business processes, and conduct quality assurance activities across the Aviva Group.
Different members of the team specialise in different aspects of the role, but may be required to work across other subject matter areas (e.g. one person may specialise in Privacy Assessments, but be required to support a push on data quality).
This role is great for someone that has build expertise in one facet of data governance/privacy/records management and wants to expand their knowledge, experience and impact.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience in Data Privacy, Data Governance, Data Management, Information/Records Management, and/or AI Ethics – training will be provided to ensure a base level of understanding across all of these subject areas, but balanced expertise across the team will be important.
Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulation and industry good practices such as GDPR, PECR, FCA expectations, Solvency II, BCBS239 etc.
Technical experience in data analytics, operations, AI development or operational information/records management would be a distinct advantage.
Qualifications in DAMA - CDMP, or EDMC; and/or IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM and/or AI GP is desirable. We will sponsor qualifications in these disciplines.
