We’re looking for someone who can deliver a best‑in‑class, mobile‑first journey for our Signature Motor Insurance customers. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital product ownership experience who’s ready to take responsibility for shaping and delivering a high‑impact roadmap. You’ll be working in a fast‑paced commercial trading environment and will be excited by the opportunity to own journey performance end to end while setting a clear vision for the future.

A bit about the job:

You’ll be part of our digital team focused on delivering a great experience for our insurance customers. You will take ownership of the quote and buy experience for our Signature Motor Insurance product.

Your mission is to balance customer needs with commercial priorities, crafting and executing a roadmap that drives both satisfaction and growth.

You’ll own and shape an ambitious backlog, monitor and optimise digital journeys, and ensure changes go live successfully. Working closely with engineering, product, and business teams, you’ll use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and demonstrate the impact of your work.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing digital journeys - you have shaped ambitious roadmaps, prioritised effectively and delivered meaningful change
  • Strong communication and leadership skills - you can frame complex problems clearly and bring a team together around shared goals
  • Balance customer, commercial and risk considerations – you listen to different perspectives and make decisions that deliver the best overall outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset - You use analytics, experimentation, and testing tools to uncover opportunities, forecast benefits, and measure outcomes.
  • Collaborative approach - You value the expertise across your squad and collaborate to deliver high‑performing, accessible digital experiences.

  • Starting salary between circa £65,000 (London), circa £50,000 (Norwich) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
