A bit about the job:

You’ll be part of the Retail Wealth Pricing team, helping shape pricing strategies for our advised platform products. This is a commercially focused role with strategic importance, where you’ll support the trading plan and contribute to a growing market. Your work will span pricing model development, market and trading insights, actuarial support for illustrations, and reviewing costing assumptions. You’ll also contribute to trading forums and help manage risk and controls within the pricing function.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Actuary or Qualified by experience

  • Highly numerate and analytical with a capability to interpret data and establish alternatives and solutions to complex problems

  • Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across teams

  • Strong commercial focus combined with technical expertise

  • Understanding of the risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage & mitigate these risks

  • Starting salary between £50,000 and £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
