We have an opportunity for experienced Programme Manager(s) to join our team on a Permanent or FTC basis, to lead the decommission of our general insurance legacy core policy administration and billings & collections platform.
You will play a pivotal role in delivery, execution & migration to the new GI platform and data repository, enhancing our core business and technical capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive the delivery of several business, technical or migration workstreams from ideation to post-go-live support.
Management of scope & adherence to programme design principles.
Development and management of the delivery plan against budget.
Day to day management of a wide group of internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
Management of programme governance and reporting.
Safe delivery into operations, including appropriate QA, support and risk management processes.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
Deep understanding of General Insurance industry, policy administration systems, billings & collections or insurance data.
Proven experience in managing large matrix teams.
Expertise in developing and executing large programmes. Strategic and commercially minded with the ability to manage budgets and control programme costs.
Proficient in overseeing platforms that offer automated processing, workflow management, and integration capabilities.
