Programme Manager

We have an opportunity for experienced Programme Manager(s) to join our team on a Permanent or FTC basis, to lead the decommission of our general insurance legacy core policy administration and billings & collections platform.

You will play a pivotal role in delivery, execution & migration to the new GI platform and data repository, enhancing our core business and technical capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery of several business, technical or migration workstreams from ideation to post-go-live support.

• Management of scope & adherence to programme design principles.

• Development and management of the delivery plan against budget.

• Day to day management of a wide group of internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.

• Management of programme governance and reporting.

• Safe delivery into operations, including appropriate QA, support and risk management processes.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Deep understanding of General Insurance industry, policy administration systems, billings & collections or insurance data.

• Proven experience in managing large matrix teams.

• Expertise in developing and executing large programmes. Strategic and commercially minded with the ability to manage budgets and control programme costs.

• Proficient in overseeing platforms that offer automated processing, workflow management, and integration capabilities.
