As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a key role in leading Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, while also driving operational excellence and service reliability.  

This role blends agile leadership with technology operations—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. 

You will: 

• Lead and optimise technology operations within your domain, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards. 

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex issues and mentor junior team members. 

• Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting Agile practices. 

• Remove blockers, foster collaboration, and coach teams in agile maturity and self-organisation. 

• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance service reliability and efficiency 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

• Proven experience in technology operations or platform engineering 

• Strong background as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex, multi-team environments 

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and operational best practices 

• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills 

• A passion for enabling teams, driving change, and delivering value

• Salary: National circa £60,000 / London circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
