We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Data Product Owner to join our Digital Experience & Marketing workstream, within a new and exciting customer data and analytics integration programme.
We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused leader to own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for data products across tactical, transitional, and target states of integration. This role translates strategic goals into prioritised, deliverable increments, aligning business, data, and technology stakeholders to ensure value delivery and effective dependency management.
A bit about the job:
This role is central to delivering brilliant customer experiences by shaping and executing a data-driven product roadmap that supports both tactical and strategic transformation. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across our businesses, technology, and data teams to ensure the roadmap is aligned to business goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
The position holder will also provide thought leadership across the broader data product landscape, ensuring alignment across the end-to-end value chain and championing the role of high-quality, centrally mastered customer data in enabling exceptional customer and business outcomes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Senior Product Leadership - Proven experience owning and delivering complex product roadmaps, with mature ways of working and a strong focus on value-driven outcomes.
- Navigating Ambiguity - Skilled at achieving clarity and defining well-structured deliverables in ambiguous, fast-evolving contexts, balancing competing priorities across stakeholders.
- Financial Services Expertise - Solid understanding of financial services, with experience delivering data-led solutions that support operational, regulatory, and strategic goals.
- Legal & Regulatory Awareness - Demonstrated ability to apply data principles in compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements.
- Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration - Excellent communication and consultative skills, with a track record of building strong relationships across business, data, and tech teams.
