Wellbeing Propositions Consultant

Salary: circa £37,000 (London), circa £32,000 (national) – depending on location, skills, and experience

A bit about the job:

As a Wellbeing Proposition Consultant, you’ll be a vital part of our Wellbeing Proposition team. You’ll get hands-on experience in a wide range of areas, from supporting our existing propositions to helping shape our future strategy. You'll be using data to understand our performance, researching what's happening in the market, and helping to manage our key supplier relationships. You’ll be working with various teams across the business to deliver great outcomes for our customers and help us achieve our goals.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • A passion for learning and developing a career in proposition management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an interest in compiling and interpreting data and reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in preparing meeting materials and maintaining records.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • A proactive mindset and an eagerness to spot opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

  • Starting salary circa £37,000 (London) and circa £32,000 (national) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
