Salary: circa £55,000 (London), £45,000 – £47,000 (national) – depending on location, skills, and experience

A bit about the job:
As a Wellbeing Proposition Manager, you’ll be a key member of our Wellbeing Proposition team, which is central to our Protection strategy. You'll be responsible for developing and managing health and wellbeing solutions that support our customers' physical, financial, and mental health. This role is all about using your insights to identify opportunities, drive growth, and enhance the value of our protection offerings. You'll work collaboratively with teams across the business and with our external partners to bring these solutions to life and ensure they deliver real value to our customers.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in product or proposition development, including identifying opportunities and driving solutions from idea to implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use customer, market, and adviser insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Experience in managing external suppliers or partners to deliver on business objectives.
- A collaborative approach to working with different teams, including marketing, product, and business development.
- The ability to navigate internal processes and regulations while maintaining a focus on innovation and customer experience.

- Starting salary circa £55,000 (London) and between £45,000 - £47,000 (national) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% (D grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
